Open since February 2005, Jeffrey’s Restaurant is owned by local restaurateurs Jeff and Terry Lancaster, who also own Lancaster’s BBQ.

Our Chef, Wes Choplin, trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Choplin's approach to cuisine at Jeffrey's is fresh and engaging. “I want the food here to be approachable, not intimidating, just upbeat and fun,” he says. “We’re using high-quality, fresh ingredients, nothing prepackaged.
