2005, Jeffrey’s Restaurant is owned by
local restaurateurs Jeff and Terry Lancaster, who also own Lancaster’s
BBQ and The Boathouse.
Executive Chef Michael Spencer leads the kitchen at Jeffrey's. He arrived here in
October, 2011 and has been pushing the flavor envelope ever since. His heart lies in
traditional southern cuisine and his mind lies in modern techniques and flavor combinations. Being from the sleepy town of Southport, NC has kept him rooted in wonderful seafood and coastal delights. His culinary journey led him from New Orleans, to Charlotte and to Mooresville to open Soiree, a local downtown eatery. Next he worked in several local and regional establishments, and is now here at Jeffrey's. We welcome his passion, his heart and his creative flow with excitement and enthusiam. Jeffrey's looks forward to the future with Chef Michael Spencer, his Sous Chef, Josh Baxley and their team of culinarians.
